The only „24h living building“ is multi-purposed building. Our best intention is to propose new very live and livable building to increase the comfort and opportunity for cultural, leisure time, sport and commercial activities for the people of Ryde.

In the heart of Ryde, on the top of the Top Ryde there is situated new representative, iconic structure. The spirit of this structure is inspired by its context, by its surroundings, by the topography, by the possibilities and by the functional voids in the city area. Volume of this structure is formed by intersection between objective and subjective factors.

New volume of the object is proposed according to the site, sun paths, prevailing winds, density and character of surrounding urban structure, road network, urban spaces and functional voids with intention to maximise all conceivable benefits for the residents (even non-residents) of Ryde without touching existing quality of the city.
